Closure of Properties Dubai

Unfortunately the downturn in the global and particularly UAE property market has had a profound effect on our company, Properties Dubai. It has been nearly a year since we last sold a property in the UAE.

I am personally disappointed that it was no longer financially viable for us to continue but was left with no alternative than to cease trading.

I will personally continue to support clients who have purchased in Blu Mirage, Pearl Dune, Pakistan and Crowne Place, Leicester.

2. BLU MIRAGE INVESTORS GROUP (BMIG)

A group of investors has been formed whose aim is to protect Blu Mirage Investors interests.

As you are probably aware, the developer – Pure Real Estate Consultancy FZE, has been in the process of appointing a main contractor  and starting work on site since December 2009.

The BMIG feel this is an unacceptable period of time and have been discussing the best course of action (including possible legal action) as well as contacting RAKIA/RAKEEN and the Developer to determine the future of the project.

It is clear that a collective of Investors the BMIG will have more influence and will be able to exert pressure on the Developer and RAKIA.
