 The villas will be ready by the end of next year and there is a choice of 2 payment plans, either 12 month or 18 month depending on your preference.  In addition to excellent capital growth, investors will also benefit from a guaranteed rental income of 8.4% pa and there are no restrictions on how much time you spend in your villa.
